I am looking for ladies who love fashion, accessories, being sociable and want to be in control of their own lives and future. This is not a franchise, and there are no targets to reach,only incentives, its all about creating and acheiving your own personal goals and steering your own business to fit in with your life. Stella & Dot was specifically designed for women, to give them flexibility within their own lives.

Most mums struggle to find work that fits in around the kids and this is where Stella & Dot is perfect. Its your choice when and how often you work. Everyones goals are different depending on whether they want to pay for the family holiday, a new car, or create a career whereby they are able to pay the household bills and more. What you put in, you get out, it really is that simple.

The jewellery is sold through exclusive in home parties called "Trunk shows" and orders are placed for customers to arrive approx 3 days later directly to them. This means that you dont have to keep mountains of stock in your home, only the pieces you want to show as a display, and you dont need to deal with distribution. I have two pull along bags that hold everything, so its easy to store and move, therefore only one person is required per trunk show, unless of course you want to do it with a friend!

You earn 25% commission on every sale with a further 5% rebate if you sell over a certain amount in a month - again that is up to you, and commission is paid weekly. You might want to do several trunk shows in a month, and the following month decide two is enough? You decide. Sponsoring is another way to earn too if you find you want to. This is when you support others that want to do the same as you. You help them get going and become their point of contact for questions.

I have a team of 8 ladies and we have a fantastic time, its incredibly sociable and good fun. All the training is on-line, and there is a dedicated site for stylists that is so jam packed with tools and information, gossip and advice you wouldnt believe.
