Who can apply for flexible working

By law anyone can apply for an application for flexible working. You must be;

• An employee, but not in an agency or armed forces
• Not made another flexible working application with 12 months
• Must be employed continuously for more than 26 weeks for the same employer 

How to apply for flexible working

Speak to your employer as early as possible when considering applying for flexible working. Because the whole process can take up to 14 weeks for your employer to consider your application.

If you employer agrees with your application. Be prepared for the conditions of your employment contract to be changed.
