Saronti Publishing is a small company making personalised books for children & families.

The book you will be selling is a new and unique concept. A personalised tale of the everyday activities in Pre-school; starring all the children and staff as the main characters with their names and photos.

In joining our fast expending sales team, your task will be to develop a strong relationship with preschools by offering them a free personalised book for each class. Each book produced is given FREE to the preschool and is then available for sale to the parents (When parents see their child in the book, most of them want to buy a copy).

You are:

- Well spoken / Fluent English speakers
- Self-driven / reliable
- With good written skills as a lot of the communication will also be done by email.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, emails and the web in general
- Extremely organised
- Previous experience of telesales and working from home

Remuneration:

We are new, we’re just starting with little investment so we are looking for someone highly motivated and self-driven who is looking to create their own position as part of the sales team. At the moment, we can offer a commission on sales of 20% per book (£3/book) + we will pay for the calls.

On average, a free class book generates sales to 15 parents. That would earn you around £45 per free book offer. Sign up 2 schools a day and you can make yourself a decent wage. It will take a lot of chasing but in most cases, preschools you sign up one year will want to renew the next! Once you bring in enough sales, we’ll be happy to offer part or full time position or a basic + commission; whatever you prefer.

Should you wish to and have ideas, you can also promote the family books via various channels (forums, calling companies to give them special discounts for their employees, ect…). Customers will get 10% discount and you’ll get 20% (Family books Retail price is between £17.99 & £19.99)
